Gloria J. (LeTourneau) McGuire, 85, Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 29, 2025.  She was born July 8, 1939 in Green Bay to Richard and Hyacinth (Allard) LeTourneau.   On November 26, 1960, she married James McGuire at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Oconto.  He preceded her in death on October 10, 2001.

Gloria was a born caretaker.  She raised a family of four rambunctious boys with her husband, Jim.  She was ever present in her family's life; baking for special days, hosting all the family gatherings, playing with each of her grandchildren and caring for her husband and sons before they left this world. After raising her children, she became a nurse's aid at GranCare and then began in-home care with Comfort Keepers until her health would no longer allow her to continue this past August.  Gloria also loved her cats and dogs, cherished her doll collection and enjoyed playing the organ. Through the ups and downs of life, she simply accepted God's will in everything, living life to the fullest. She was a longtime member of St. Agnes Parish and prayer was a very important part of her life, so much so, she was praying right up to the moment of her last breath.

She is survived by her two sons, Scott McGuire (Mary Look) and Shaun McGuire; daughter-in-law, Rose (Don) McGuire Warden; six grandchildren, Krystal, Cody, Logan, Hannah, Isaac and Leo; two brothers, Duane (Sue) LeTourneau and Bill (Carol) LeTourneau; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim; and two sons, Kevin and Randy.

Visitation will be at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Avenue, on Thursday, April 3 from 4 to 7 p.m. with a Parish Wake Service at 7 p.m.  Visitation will continue at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1484 Ninth Street, on Friday, April 4 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.  Entombment will be at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.  To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
