Giles R. Blaser, 80, Green Bay, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021.  He was born on April 18, 1941 at home in North Chase, Wisconsin to the late Harold and Angeline (Maternoski) Blaser.

Giles graduated from 8th grade at the top of his class from Lincoln Grade School.  He was proud to announce, adding with a grin, that he was the only one in his class.  Giles was a 1959 graduate of Pulaski High School, and went on to obtain his electrical engineering degree from Milwaukee Institute of Technology. He was employed at Allen Bradley and FMC Inc., was the co-founder of Amplas Inc., and was instrumental in the founding of BayTek Games.  Giles retired as a consultant for Hudson Sharp. He was fortunate to have traveled the world and loved to share stories of his many adventures.

In 1967, Giles married Nancy Gregg.  Together they shared 53 years of marriage. He is survived by Nancy and his children, Ann (Tom) Jones, Joe (Becky) Blaser, Michael Blaser, Amy (Jane) Blaser and special niece, Kathy (Susie) Klaus.  He is further survived by his four grandchildren, Stephanie (Andy) Gruber, Halie (Kyle) Finke, Morgan Blaser, Joey Blaser; his great-grandchildren and the light of his life, Emmerson and Kya Gruber; siblings, Connie (Chuck) Norman, Allen (Arlene) Blaser, Barbara Brunette; a sister-in-law, Judy Ward; a brother-in-law, Jack (Julie) Gregg; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Nancy's parents, Stan and Beatrice Gregg; brothers-in-law, Tom Brunette, Robert Ward; a sister-in-law Pat Pruss.

Giles was the most loving and trusting man.  He truly believed in the goodness of everyone he met.  He was an incredibly curious and inventive man, always thinking of the next best thing.  Giles loved the time he spent at Kennedy Lake and the cabin Camp Project.   Skiing out west, fishing in Canada and motorcycle trips across the country were some of his favorite pastimes. His true love was his family and the love of his life, Nancy.
