Gerald "Jerry" E. Scheiwe, 89, Ashwaubenon, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024.  He was born January 12, 1935, in Geneva, OH to the late Carl and Gertrude (Farnsworth) Scheiwe.

Jerry graduated from Fort Atkinson High School in the Class of 1953. He proudly served in the National Guard from 1951 to 1960. On November 5, 1966, Jerry married Marylou (Molly) Utke at Redeemer Lutheran church. They enjoyed 57 years of marriage. Jerry retired from Green Bay Packaging in 1998 after 30 years.

Jerry treasured time in nature. Weekends at his cottage were filled with hunting and fishing. Jerry also loved playing and watching sports, especially softball and bowling. He enjoyed country music, cherishing his trips to both Branson, MO and Nashville, TN.

He is survived by his wife, Molly; daughters, Amy (Tom) Blochowiak and Wendy (Jerry) Wertel; grandchildren, Brandon (Maria) Blochowiak; Bryanna Blochowiak (Ken Lugo); Dylan Wertel; great-grandchild, Sawyer Blochowiak; other relatives, and friends.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Gertrude; sister, Betty Schulke; and brothers, Lewis, Dick and Stan.
