Gale Marie (Petasek) Brunette, 64, Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023. She was born September 18, 1959, in Howard, WI to Leonard and Faye (White) Petasek.

Gale attended Bay Port High School and was then employed by Tidy Cleaners for 33 years. She married Wayne Brunette on March 22, 1980. Gale was a devout wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked hard to make her home a welcoming place and loved to cook big meals for her family. Gale was always happy to host holidays and sleepovers for her grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping trips and gardening and most of all loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne; children, Amy (Kurt) Tanguay, Jesse (Nicole), Jenny (Luis), Wade (Rasami), and Heather; grandchildren, Stephyne, Whitney, Jackie, Britteny, Lilly, David, Phoenix, Alex, Lincoln, Carter, McKinley, Jessica, Daniella, Junior, Adrian; seven great-grandchildren; special nephew, Shawn; sister, Gladys Petasek; siblings-in-law, Diane (Al) Anderson, Debbie Bartolazzi, Mark (Lori) Brunette, Tracy Sharkey, Wendy (Tim) Boncher, Cathy (Randy) McKeefrey, James (Rebecca) Brunette, Cindy (Michael) Albert, Connie (Gary) Burkhart, Christy (James) Olson; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Gale was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Faye; son, Matthew; granddaughter, Tiffeny Yang; grandson, Sonnie; sister, Sue Lynn Petasek; parents-in-law, Milton (Coralynn) Brunette and Shirley (Bob) Sharkey; brothers-in-law, Darrell (Alfie), Jay, Mike; sister-in-law, Cherrie.

Gale was a loving wife, mom, grandma, and sister, who cared for others deeply. She will be greatly missed.
