Elizabeth "Brooke" Newkirk was born in Princeton, NJ on August 29, 2012 and passed away on the morning of June 14, 2022 in Suamico, WI. Brooke is survived by her parents, Christine L. Newkirk M.D. and John R. Newkirk, her brother John W. Newkirk, Grandparents Wayne and Kim Boutzale, and Nancy Wise and Aunts Julie Des Rochers and Dawn Cameron.

Brooke had just completed 4 ^th grade at Providence Academy in Green Bay WI.  She was an excellent student and loved sports, including tennis, hockey, and soccer.  Brooke really loved her fellow classmates and students at Providence.  Many afternoons were spent swimming in the lake, jumping on the trampoline, and having nerf wars with her friends and her brother.  Brooke had a very special bond with her brother.  They loved each other and they loved being together.  Brooke was very adventurous and loved traveling within the state and beyond.  She truly loved being with family and we loved being with her every chance we got.

Brooke had a large family of cousins from the Cameron family and the Newkirk family.  She loved to play with them or talk with them, whether that was here, or New York, or spending summertime at the cottage in Door County. Her time with them was filled with fireworks, jet skiing, boat rides and jeep trips to Wilson's for ice cream. Brooke was always excited to be on the water, either swimming or water tubing behind the boat with Dad.

Brooke had a genuine desire to serve our Lord Jesus Christ and it showed. Brooke truly cared for everyone she knew and loved to spend time with them. We are grateful for the Lord's plan and mercy, and know he works all thing for good with those who love him. We thank him for the time we had with her here, the time we continue to have as a family, and the time to come when we are reunited with her in heaven. She will be sorely missed until that blessed day…..
