Elaine Marie Martin, 85; joined her heavenly father on Monday, August 17, 2026, at her home in Green Bay, WI surrounded by loved ones.  She was born in Green Bay to Margaret (Czarneski) Kiel on March 4, 1941.

Elaine had a sense of adventure. She loved to travel and her scooter rides. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and everything outdoors, especially flowers.  Elaine was always up for a game, whether it was a card game, a board game, cribbage or bingo (Big shout out to all her bingo buddies.) More than anything, Elaine enjoyed her eleven children and all her generations of grandchildren.

She is survived by her children: Colleen Witak (Mark Meyer), Kathy (Dallas) Langley, Collin Martin (Jodi Jobelius), Kevin (Lynn) Martin, Kim (Eugene) Gregorich, Kirk Martin, Dawn (Ron) DeWinter, Cheri (Bob) King, Carriann Martin, Shannon VanderZanden (Heather), Vallerie VanderZanden, 26 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Elaine is also survived by brothers: Raymond (Susan) Kiel, Mike (Kathy) Kiel, Joseph (Mary) Kiel, and Tony (Paula) Kiel.

Elaine was preceded in death by her mother and father, Margaret and Elroy Kiel. She was further preceded by the two loves of her life, George E. Martin and James A VanderZanden, as well as numerous precious family members and dear friends.

The family is especially grateful for the love, care, and support given by Deanna Takala, all her friends and care team at Fresenius kidney care and her recently departed friend, Darlene Bruening.
