DuWayne "Dewey" A. Gervais, 70, Green Bay, passed away Monday, August 4, 2025. He was born August 18, 1954, in Antigo, WI to Charles and Dorothy Martha (Keckhaver) Gervais.

Dewey graduated from West High School, Class of 1972. He had been an exceptional basketball player in high school and loved watching and talking about college sports. Dewey played in the Stadium View Dartball League for many years and enjoyed going trout fishing. Dewey had been an employee for over 20 years at Schreiber Foods. He retired from work 2018. He loved his family and looked forward to the holiday cheese exchange with Leanne and Alex. He also looked forward to receiving an aged cheese that he could enjoy.

He is survived by his daughter, Leanne Gervais (Alex Nocenti); sister, Ruth Danner; sister-in-law, Lois Baldwin; grand-dog, Shelby; grand-cats, MJ, Kobe; grand-turtle, TB; mother to Leanne, Jean Gervais; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Dewey was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Dorothy; brother, Glenn; brother-in-law, David Danner; beloved border collie, Rascal; aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life for Dewey will be held on Monday, August 18, at Stadium View Sports Bar, Grill & Banquet Hall, 1963 Holmgren Wy., from 3pm to 8pm. Inurnment will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
