Donna Korbish passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026. She was born July 5, 1932, to Mary and Charles Korbish.
Donna received her B.A. from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc. Donna further received two master's degrees, one in administration and the other in Reading Instruction. She also attended Marquette University and Catholic University in Washington D.C.
Donna taught 45 years in the Green Bay Diocese; 10 years in administration, 35 years as an elementary teacher, with almost 20 years at Annunciation School.
She was happy teaching children and achieved success in the classroom. She was nominated several times as an "Outstanding Teacher."
Donna also enjoyed working at the AnSer and at Reynebeau Clothing. After her retirement from teaching in 1999, she continued to reach out to others by volunteering in the community. Donna enjoyed helping at St. Mary's Hospital, The Neville Museum, The Weidner Center, and The Green Bay Community Theater. She showed her civic pride by working at the polls for over 20 years.
She was a lifelong reader especially of self-help books, always trying to learn more and improve.
Donna is survived by her niece, Donna Davis; nephew, Charles Korbish; and many cousins and friends. Donna wanted to extend a special thank you to her very dear friend, Karen Rousseau, who helped her in many ways on her earthly journey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Charles; sister, Donna; and brother, Edward (Kathy) Korbish.
Friends and family will gather at Annunciation Catholic Church, 401 Gray St., from 10am to 11am on Friday, August 21; Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11am. Entombment will be at Allouez Catholic Mausoleum. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Donna's name.
