Donald A. "Don" Mueller, 77, Bellevue, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021. He was born on August 21, 1944 in Prairie du Sac, WI to Reuben and Esther (Wilhelm) Mueller.

Don grew up in Prairie du Sac, then moved to Green Bay in the 60's. He enlisted with the U.S. Army in 1964, and was stationed in Germany, before returning to Green Bay in 1970. Don met the love of his life, Janice Merens at Prange Way East where they both worked. On April 19, 1975, they were united in marriage at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Together, they shared 46 incredible years.

In 1972 Don started working at HC Prange's, followed by Lathrop Furniture and then served as a salesman and retail consultant until his retirement.

Don was a hardworking, compassionate, and optimistic man. He loved time spent up north with his brother-in-law, Tom; as well as cherished time with his grandchildren. An avid Packers and Badgers fan, Don was the expert among friends and family. He was known for his love of the holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas.

He is survived by his loving wife, Janice; sons, Matt (Carrie) Mueller, Andy (Jessica) Mueller; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Madeline, Andrea, Marissa, Ryan, Hannah, Jacob; his sister, Ruth (Jerry) Keller; brothers, Verlyn, Richard "Dick", Kenny; sisters-in-law, Sandee (Tom) Eiler, Janet Merens; brother-in-law, Dennis (Judy) Merens; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Esther Mueller; and brother-in-law, Roger Merens.

A private service was held at Blaney Funeral Home. Entombment will take place in the Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
