Dolores Wright, 92, Green Bay, passed away December 12, 2024. She was born to William and Eleanor (Bartkoviak) Polasek on February 15, 1932 on a small farm in Marathon County, WI.

While serving her country in the US Navy she met and married William R. Wright on August 1956 in Washington DC. She had 6 kids and raised them while her husband was deployed. After service they settled in Green Bay, WI. When the kids were old enough, she worked 25 years for St. Mary's Hospital. Then when she retired, she began working the polls on election days.

Survivors include her children, Diane (Steve) Dictus, Raymond (Christy) Wright, Robert Wright, Kathleen (Jim Sivanich) Wright, Barbara (Steve) Kovacs; grandchildren, Angie Wright, Ryan Wright, Katie (Miles Payton) Dictus, Christopher Dictus, Megan Kovacs, Mitchell Kovacs; her siblings, Norman Polasek, JoAnn Gregory; a kind and most generous friend Kathy Germaine; her beloved cat Gracie; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; an infant son; her parents; three sisters-in-law; a brother; and a nephew.

Visitation will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1420 Division St., from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 20. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
