On May 19, 1951, she married the love of her life, Lowell Rice. They enjoyed 66 years together. He preceded her in passing on June 9, 2017. Delores and Lowell had three children, David (Joni Cartier) Rice, Colleen (Chris Vanevenhoven) Rice, and Gregory (Diane) Rice.
