Debbie Marie Gevaert, 66, Green Bay, was welcomed into Heaven on Sunday, July 19, 2026. She was born January 8, 1960, in Green Bay to Douglas and Viola (Montevideo) Rousseau.

Debbie graduated from West High School in 1978. On June 25, 1982, she married the love of her life, Gary P. Gevaert. Together they celebrated 44 beautiful years of marriage. On September 30,1985, they welcomed their daughter, Rhianon, and Debbie poured her whole heart into being a loving and devoted mother.

A woman with a heart of gold, Debbie's greatest love was her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her faith was the foundation of her life; she attended church faithfully every Sunday and lived out her beliefs with kindness, joy, and quiet strength. She looked forward to her heavenly reunion and often spoke of seeing her loved ones and many beloved pets again.

Debbie found simple joys in everyday things. She never missed an episode of the Price is Right, loved playing her "Spooky" machines, and cherished quiet time with Gary at their cabin. An animal lover through and through, her cat OAKLEY was her constant companion and best friend. For 26 years she worked at Shopko Pharmacy, where she built lifelong friendships and touched many lives with her warm spirit and caring nature.

Debbie's strong faith, gentle heart, and love for her family will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family finds comfort knowing she is now at peace in the presence of her Lord.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Gary; daughter, Rhianon (Dan); granddaughters, Skye and Aspen; sisters, Cathy Lindeman, Karen Rousseau; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Doug and Vi; her dear friend, Nancy Colling, and many cherished pets.
