David "Dave" Scott Pansier, 63, Green Bay, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. He was born February 26, 1962, in Green Bay to David Pansier and Ramona Brukardt.

Dave was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and steady presence - qualities that defined his life and the way he loved those around him.

On September 29,1989 Dave married the love of his life Carol Carpenter, and together they shared 36 wonderful years of marriage filled with devotion, laughter, and family. Dave was a proud and loving father to his daughter, Emily, a wonderful father-in-law to Mason, and an adoring grandfather to Delana, Deven, and Damian who brought him endless joy.

Dave spent 42 years as a mechanic, a career that perfectly matched his hands-on skills and dedication. He first worked for Karcz Ford in Pulaski and then at Chrysler World in Abrams, earning the respect of coworkers and customers alike. In recent years, he also served as a monitor at Washington Middle School, where his calm nature and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression.

When not working Dave cherished time spent at what he called his "happy place" in Crivitz, WI. Camping, relaxing, and cruising the flowage on his pontoon boat brought him peace and happiness. These moments surrounded by nature and family were where Dave felt most at home.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Mason Simmons; grandchildren, Delana, Deven, and Damian; mother, Mona; stepmother, Gloria; sister, Laura (Bill) Maccaux; stepsisters, Patti (Mike) Rich, Mickey Wood; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Cathy Valk (Larry Kabat), Dave (Kathy) Carpenter, Russ (Ami) Carpenter, along with many cherished nieces, nephews; fur-baby, Stella; other relatives, and friends.

David was preceded in death by his father, David Pansier; stepbrother, David Block; in-laws, Ralph and Betty Carpenter.

A Celebration of Life will be held at A Gathering for You, 822 Cormier Rd., from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday, January 18; where family and friends will come together to share stories, laughter, and memories that reflect the life Dave lived so fully.
