David A. Fenner, 64, Green Bay, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2026. He was born December 13, 1961, in Wautoma to Robert and Bernice (Blader) Fenner.

David graduated from Westfield High School. He attended NWTC and obtained his tech degree from the natural gas and distribution program. David worked on a farm for over 11 years. He worked as a milk truck driver, semi-truck driver, stocker at Menards, and most recently, Fleet Farm. He was a longtime member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. David was a longtime member of the order of the Elks Lodge #259.

He is survived by his brothers, Dennis (Lisa) Fenner, DuWayne (Myra Schink) Fenner; nieces and nephews, Kevin (Kim) Davies, Derek (Jessica) Fenner, Tyler (Hailey) Fenner, Kayla (Nate) Winkler, Jenna Fenner, Emma Fenner, Will Fenner (Kelsey Kannenberg), Paul Fenner (fiancée, Sarah Kangas); great-nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Bernice; and infant brother, Bryan.

Friends and family will gather at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 210 S. Oneida St., from 10am to 11am on Tuesday, October 6; Service to follow at 11am. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.

The family extends a special thank you to Unity Hospice for their wonderful care. David's family also wants to express their gratitude to the Elk Lodge members and Wayne from Fleet Farm for their many visits and the time spent with David.
