Cindy Lannoye, 69, died Friday, January 13, 2023, at the Care for All Ages Residential Living Center after a long illness.  She was born May 1, 1953, in Green Bay to Glenn and Rose (Cisler) Lannoye.

Cindy attended St. Agnes Grade School and was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy.

She is survived by her brother, Wayne (Kathy) Lannoye, of Appleton; and two nieces, Emily (Kyle) Halverson, of Fitchburg, WI, and Jessica (Zak) Cousineau, of Readfield, WI.
