Carol Ann Krumpos, 86, De Pere, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023. She was born October 15, 1936, in De Pere to Richard and Hubertha (Van Dyck) Schippers.

Carol was the eldest child of four. She graduated from St. Joseph's Academy. Carol spent time working for Baeten's Grocery and a local bank in De Pere. She married Donn P. Quigley on April 26, 1956. Shortly after, they moved to Alaska for Donn's military service. Their family began to grow with the birth of Linda in Alaska, Tim and Greg in Tennessee, and Julie in Green Bay. Carol sold Avon part-time but was mostly a caregiver, mother, homemaker and a great cook. She loved to entertain, especially for Easter and Christmas, and made sure there was also special food and drinks for the occasion. Carol loved to spend time with family and friends. We fondly remember our annual summer vacation at the Y-Camp on Green Bay. She made sure each birthday and holiday was special. She enjoyed reading, bingo, and playing cards. She was an avid Packer fan. Carol was a fighter, she had many challenges in her life that she overcame.

She is survived by her children, Linda (David) Gorin, Tim Quigley, Greg (Barb) Quigley, Julie (Curt) Moede; grandchildren, Bryan, Sherri, Krysta (Jesse), Hillary, Katelyn, Joshua, Holly, Andrew; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Jordan, Khloe; sister, Ann Schippers.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Hubertha; father of her children, Donn Quigley; second husband, Lloyd Krumpos; siblings, Judy Turcotte, Rick Schippers.
