Carlton "Butch" Reinke, 94, Green Bay, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025. He was born September 2, 1930, at home in Clintonville to Theodore & Elsie (Schultz) Reinke.
On May 3, 1952 he was united in marriage to Betty Lou Zehren. Together they shared over 71 amazing years. She preceded him in death on March 1, 2024. Butch and Betty were lifetime members of Calvary Lutheran Church and they liked to vacation in Florida. For 40 years he worked at Paper Converting. Carlton was self-employed and ran Reinke Appliance Services. He was able to fix anything, not just appliances. Butch enjoyed fishing and loved to spend time fishing with his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Vickie (Glenn) Beyer; sons, Scott (Carole) Reinke, Jamie (Mary) Reinke; daughter-in-law, Kathi Reinke; grandchildren, Jody, Lori, Tim, Ryan, Robbie, Tara, Ashlee, Lindsey; 14 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Carlton was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; son, Doug Reinke; granddaughter, Kimberly Rathburn; parents, Theodore and Elsie; brother, Ken Reinke; sister, Jean Roehl.
Friends and family will gather at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 6; Service to follow at 6 p.m. Entombment will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
