Brian D. Shefchik, 61, Ashwaubenon, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022. He was born January 9, 1961, in Wisconsin to David and Lea (Tabordan) Shefchik.

Brian was a graduate of Preble High School. After high school he worked for Shade Allied/Ampad for over 20 years. He then went on to work in 2006 for Schreiber Foods, until his passing. Brian loved sports, especially watching the Packers, the Bucks and the Brewers. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing with his family in Door County. He loved spending time with his grandkids and the rest of his family. Brian liked to be at home and was comfortable just "being".

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children, Adam (Amy) Shefchik, Andrew (Brad Johannes) Shefchik, Katie (Kyle) DeBauche; grandchildren, Haylee, Hannah; brother, Mike (Pam) Shefchik; sister, Kathy (Al) Lindner; dad, David Shefchik; and other family members and friends.

Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Lea.

Friends and family will gather at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., (to avoid the construction area, please use the west side, closest to Military Ave, entrance and parking lot.) from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14; Funeral Service to follow at 7:30 p.m.  Burial will be in St. Benedicts Cemetery.
